Paleo Tip: PLAN AHEAD!
By planning meals and snacks in advance you can curb/eliminate those blood-sugar drops. You know the ones- when you become desperate and reach for anything including, but not limited to candy, potato chips, donuts. Take notice of your hunger patterns and seek to keep highs and lows in check. By planning ahead you can make better decisions which will lead to ultimate success in the nutrition arena. Keep emergency snacks such as trail mix or almonds close by and for God's sake have some will power
