Sleep helps us recover from our workouts in the gym this is when we grow, recover and repair the damage we do in the gym. Its best to get about 8+ hours of sleep. Sleep though gets affected with life so a couple things I learned over the years that helped me with getting more quality sleep. Are to make sure you are in bed sleeping from the hours of 11pm to 3am. Shut off all lights everything that makes light get it out of the bed room or cover it. Wearing the things over your eyes doesn't really help either cause your skin can sense light. I also use a sleep cycle app on my phone which tracks my sleep quality percentage and has a alarm that wakes me up when its the best time to in my sleep cycle. Another thing that helps me and makes me feel great are naps! Try some of these things out and see how you perform. None this comes from a book or anywhere I can reference just information I picked up at various seminars over the years.
Starting this writing today going to try to write every so often so I can improve!
