Athletic Skill Level Day
Click on the above link and open up Level 1 pdf- You will find a list of skills to work through before you can move to Level 2. Come in and see where you stand. These will be our benchmarks for health and we will revisit these every so often, so keep track in your notebook.
Level I - Healthy beginner. This level is the minimum standard for health. Lacking these basic levels of strength, flexibility and work capacity makes daily life unnecessarily limited. The complete Level I should be attainable within three to 12 months for those with no significant limitations. At this level, proper basic movements, such as hip flexion and active shoulder use, are developed, while healed injuries and structural problems are resolved.
CrossFit Warwick Open House/ Holiday Party. December 22 2010 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Come experience CrossFit Warwick for the holidays! We will feature a workout demo, refreshments and a chance to speak to our athletes first-hand about the benefits of the CrossFit fitness program. Bring family, friends and anyone else interested in changing their lives by becoming fit and healthy.
We will be closed Saturday December 11 for the CrossFit Hoboken Winter Challenge. We will have the address posted in the gym for anyone that would like to cheer us on. When Katie competes she will be meeting one of her goals for 2010. How close are you to your goals?
