Yesterday we lost a Great Strong women Katies Mema. Mema always showed love for me from day one and made me feel like part of the family a big one as I will explain later. The many stories she has told me over the time I have known her were always fascinating to me(usually after a wod at CrossFit Montclair)they included the family history and Montclair's history but always awesome. Mema will be missed and prayed for by many but I would like to honor her with this workout of the day. The workout consist of 6 rounds one round for each of her children. The 15 reps is for each one of her grand children. The 4 excercises are for each one of her great grandchildren.
