Step 2: On-Ramp Course
Four-week course starting the first week of each month.
Class times Monday Wednesday Friday at 6:30pm
The course is intended to bring new members up to speed.
Learn the essential movements of CrossFit.
Give them a better understanding of the philosophy behind the CrossFit training program, and our nutritional strategies.
Provide back ground on the affiliate structure and philosophy
12 Class Course cost $155 the regular 3 x week fee.
Attendance is required at 10/12 classes.
If an athlete misses any more classes they must make up the session as a one-on-one with a coach at $50/session
Athletes may choose to do the entire course one-on-one with a coach at $225 for 4 sessions session.
If more sessions are needed they will be $75/session.
Sessions can be scheduled anytime with your coach
Must gain approval from your coach to join regular classes.
