226 reps. Box jumps exhausting for sure & shoulder to overhead gets heavy fast. Deadlifts felt good & that's where I caught my breath a bit. Great WOD.

I'm trying to get 250+ and my friend told me she did step ups rather than box jumps and scored 260. She said it saved her a lot of energy... I'm re-doing this wod tomorrow. Have any of you tried the step ups instead of box jumps?
