If you signed up to row in the Concept 2 Fall Challenge, we start today! Those of you signed up will forego strength and row as your warmup or row after the workout. Additionally, an open gym time to row and work on form will start next Saturday at 10am.
Please Note: Garage Sale this Saturday from 10am-3pm to benefit Warwick Humane Society. Donations may be dropped off at the gym today and Friday.
Also, Saturday's workout will start at 8:30am at Stanley Demming Park with Kai Chi Do followed by Burpees at CrossFit Warwick and finally yoga at Vastu on Main St. Please come out and support both Vastu and CrossFit Warwick and meet some new people!
