In June of 2007, Ryan returned to civilian life after 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. His passion for fitness, fostered by the Marines, found a new home in CrossFit. He began wodding daily at Guerrilla Fitness/CrossFit Montclair and entered various competitions. Ryan believes competition is a pivotal part of CrossFit. Competition, aside from being a motivational tool, helps one realize and fix weaknesses and work towards goals. Ryan has attended numerous CrossFit certifications including: Level Three Trainer certification, Precision Nutrition Level 1, USAW Level 2 Certification, Endurance, Rob Orlando’s Strongman Seminar, and Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength Seminar. He has a solid foundation in CrossFit and is actively pursuing knowledge and new certifications in order to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Bill Lindberg Coach
Bill Lindberg joined the CrossFit community in October of 2011 as a retired family man experienced with weightlifting in a traditional gym, but eager to try something new. Since joining the CrossFit community, Bill has participated in the Reebok CrossFit Games, reaching number 92 in his age bracket. In addition, he competed in the Beast of the East in Connecticut and the Masters Competition in CrossFit New England, and attended a CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Seminar in June 2013. He also participated in the Spartan Sprint and Spartan Super races for the past two years. After encountering all that CrossFit had to offer, Bill decided to participate in the community as more than a member, and achieved his CrossFit Level 1 Training Certification in March 2013.
Outside of CrossFit, Bill and his wife Judy are the loving parents oftwo daughters, and a grandfather of five. A graduate of Hartwick College, Bill retired from Aramark, a food service company in 2007 after 36 years. He holds a number of part time jobs, including Village Trustee of Warwick, and a member and treasurer of the Warwick Fire Department.
Bill's ultimate CrossFit goal is to make the finals of the Reebok CrossFit Games. Of his CrossFit coaching experience, Bill states, "I enjoy coaching and in particular the Foundations Classes for the folks who are interested in joining CrossFit. He very much enjoys observing and coaching members who are making strides to improve their overall fitness and health. Bill feels that seeing accomplishments through hard work, whether it is a personal best at FRAN, or not giving up on a tough WOD or just seeing progress toward their CrossFit goal, is rewarding.

Niki Tarazona Coach
Niki calls CrossFit her happy accident. She walked by the 2012 Intrepid Summer Challenge (a local competition) pushing her son in his stroller and walked into CrossFit Warwick the next day to join.
Competition and sport have been a part of Niki's life for as long as she can remember. She played volleyball and ran indoor/outdoor track in high school. Upon graduation she earned a full athletic scholarship to play volleyball for Fairleigh Dickinson University, Metropolitan Campus. Once there, she earned NEC All Conference while playing for the Knights and graduated with honors.
CrossFit has changed Niki's entire view on what it is to be fit. There is always something to learn and improve upon. It never gets easy, you just get better. Watching people gain confidence, lift each other up, and celebrate success are just some of the reasons she loves coaching. She joined the staff in September 2015 as a CrossFit L-1 trainer.
Niki has a BS from FDU and worked in Pharmaceutical Sales prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom of three children. She, her husband, and oldest child all take classes at Intrepid Strength & Conditioning. It's only a matter of time before her youngest joins in on the fun!
Ben Chianchiano Coach
Ben started CrossFit on September 24, 2010, while deployed overseas with the US Navy. His first workout was the original sparticus workout in Men's Health magazine, and he started doing CrossFit everyday on his lunch break. He likes CrossFit because it encourages all-around health, not just looking good. He decided becoming a coach was something he wanted to pursue after the Navy.
When he returned home in January of 2012 he quickly found CrossFit Warwick, where he was able to participate in the coaching internship program. Since joining, he has gained a wealth of knowledge, including completing his CrossFit Level 1, USAW level 1 and Attitude Nation Level 1 certifications. He is currently majoring in Athletic Training at William Patterson University. Ben is ready and willing to help you reach your goals.
