All prospective members at Intrepid Strength and Conditioning start with an intro session. The Intro session is a great way to meet us, see the facility, ask questions and try out one of our workouts. Intro sessions are One on One or One on Two and last about an hour long and are scheduled Individually.
Step 2: Personal training/coaching.
Prior to being able to join our group classes, We have everyone complete one on one personal training for at least 5 personal training sessions so you can gain knowledge and proficiency in the basic movements used inside our facility.
Prior CrossFit Experience? No worries we have a quick 30 minute test out of the basic movements.
Step 3: Welcome to the Intrepid Family!
Once your personal training is complete and you have shown knowledge and proficiency in the basic movements in our facility. YOU can join classes or open gym at Intrepid Strength and Conditioning. As a member you can take part in many of our social events with your family. Join our private Facebook group. We also do many local fundraisers were we help our local community at large!
